![]() ![]() ![]() I'm no expert, but it's my impression that translating a game with as much content and text as Yakuza 5 is considerable. I know there's a price tag behind someone translating everything but it seems like it would still be profitable to do this in the long run. In the English version of the game, you had the option to localize the game yourself.Įnglish or Japanese for menus and subtitles? I'm assuming in Yakuza 5 and Ryu Ga Gotoku Ishin, you're stuck with only Japanese. I'm perfectly fine with the way Yakuza 4 handled this. Yakuza 3/4/Dead Souls all have Japanese everything with English subtitles and translations. So I'm just stuck here, looking at these screen shots and wishing for the best. I think it would take away from the experience. I'd import it, but I don't want to have a guide up anytime someone is talking. More than likely, I'll never get to play Yakuza 5 or Ryu Ga Gotoku Ishin because SEGA will not port this sucker to the west. ![]()
